Welcome aboard, Sergeant. You are a clear thinker. I am in the Middle East, too...but in Qatar, working as a civilian in the oil industry of that country. My home is now based in Central Oregon, but I am a Native Alaskan with family roots in the military. I invite you to visit my website: Click I am also a veteran of Viet Nam, worked on Chinooks. I was an engine man. Got out of 'Nam in 72. Again, 'Welcome' to this forum of supporters of John McCain.

John McCain - The Man Who Was Born To Be President

I am a veteran of both Vietnam and Operation Iraqi Freedom. I am mobilized for the fourth time since 9-11 and will retire from the Army in February, 2009. In civilian life I am a police officer in Central Florida.

John McCain must become our next President or America will embark upon a dark and uncertain path. He has proven his courage, determination and patriotism in ways that his Democratic opponents could not even imagine.

John McCain was born to be President. He is a warrior's warrior and he is made of a kind of steel that is only tempered by the heat of war. He will lead us with both bravery and compassion.

At this time in our history, he is the man we need as our President. We must hand him the Commander-in-Chief's sword and follow him through the difficult years ahead.

I invite you to visit my blog at www.AmericanRanger.blogspot.com and the website of my team in Iraq, www.TheCobraTeam.com.
